“My experience with Oceanz by Danube has been extremely disappointing from both the sales and customer service perspectives. I invested in 2023 and have been making my payments on time ever since. My money has been tied up for years, yet with only about 8 months remaining until the promised handover, the developer’s own website shows the project is only around 35% complete. Even more concerning, the floor where my apartment is located has not yet been constructed. This has left me with serious concerns about the project’s progress. The sales process was my biggest disappointment. In my experience, I was persuaded with promises and assurances that have not matched reality. I also believe I was encouraged to pay a higher price based on representations about future appreciation that influenced my decision. The after-sales service has been equally frustrating. My assigned Relationship Manager has never actually maintained a relationship. The only communication I receive is when another payment is due. Despite raising my concerns numerous times, I have seen no meaningful action or resolution. What disappoints me most is the feeling that once you have invested, your concerns no longer matter. I felt like the focus was on securing the sale rather than building a long-term relationship with customers. When I raised concerns about my experience with the sales process, I did not feel they were properly addressed. Instead of resolving customer complaints, I felt my concerns were overlooked. Based on my personal experience, I would not invest with Danube again. Unless you are comfortable making a major financial decision based on promises that may not match your own experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before investing. Transparency, honesty, responsive customer service, and delivering on commitments are what buyers deserve when investing their hard-earned money.”
