“كل شي تمام بس صراحه يغيرون ريموت مال بركن و يبونك تدفع حق ريموت الواحد وين يبركن اذا م شي مكان برع حق ش مسوين بركن حقنا اذا م بتعطونا ريموت حتى يوم تتصل ف مكتبهم يقولون لك اوك و يسحبون عليك و ترد تتصل و يقولون نفس الكلام بنرد نتصل بنرد نتصل ولا يردون يتصلون ولاشي اتمنى تشوفون حل لمشكلة لانه اوفر م شي بركن برع حق ش انا ساكنه ف بنايه و م ابركن داخل حق ش مسوين بركن إذا جي ؟”

“Everything is fine, but honestly they change the parking remote and want you to pay for a new remote. Where are you supposed to park if there's no space outside? They made parking for us but if they don't give us a remote, even when you call their office they say okay and then they charge you anyway. You call back and they say the same thing - we'll call back, we'll call back, and they never respond or call. I hope you find a solution for this problem because it's cheaper than any other parking outside. I'm living in a building and I don't park inside the parking they made. So what if I come?”
