“I’ve been living here for over three years now, and I can see myself staying for many more! I love the serenity of the gardens, where I hear the birds singing every day. My cats are just as happy. It truly is a pet-friendly community. I’ve read multiple comments saying the walls are a bit thin, which is true, but it’s never been an issue for me since my neighbors are calm. Thank you Olivara and to more years of living happily and peacefully to come!”

“It’s just a hell to live there due to noise, cockroach and many different 🐛 as well, they have hiding fee and incredible high bills for everything I could hear how my neighbours were spending nights together as well in front of construction plus they were coming at 3:30 or 5 am As well, it is not a community it’s like You live in an isolation”

“Building 1 was completed without proper isolation and sound proofing. Have raised with management many times over 2 years who have basically told myself and my 8 months pregnant wife, after many sleepless nights, to just deal with it or speak to leasing for alternative options. All of the early bad reviews on noise in building 1 are correct and have been ignored. Many people have left Olivara because of it.”

“Visited my relatives apartment and the noise that can be heard inside the apartment specifically the bedroom is really loud, meaning it’s impossible to sleep in the bedroom. Corridor noise and construction noise is very loud & the developer is refusing to improve the lack of sound proofing, we won’t be visiting again for this reason. I wouldn’t recommend living there.”

“This is one of the best buildings we have ever lived in. The facilities are so well kept, immaculate, and modern. We stayed in a studio and 1 bed in our 2 years in the buildings, and it was quiet, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful! The management team is incredible and amazing at making you feel like a very special part of a wonderful community. Security is responsive and wonderful people, too. We really enjoyed our time in these buildings and would highly recommend for singles, couples, families and fur friends :)”
