“Severe safety hazard: A heavy metal block dropped in the corridor and almost struck my head, no compensation or proper response from property management.
Continuous noise issues: Unreasonably early construction & maintenance drilling every morning disrupt sleep, late-night noise problems remain unsolved.
They added AED 2000 lease renewal charges without fixing any resident concerns. Poor management, unsafe building and terrible living environment.”

“Building is new thats i why I moved, but quality is poor, and respnse from building management in callls or emails, also be aware that they will increase rent 10% every year, so be prepared to pay more if not, consider moving next year.”

“I stayed in this building for a short period. The building is generally tidy and nice and the apartments look new.
However, there is a huge problem with flies. Even if you don’t open the apartment door, you’ll find flies inside, and you have no idea where they are coming from. When you open the door, even more flies come in. The problem is everywhere—even in the parking area, when I opened my car, flies would get in immediately. This issue is constant and extremely annoying.
The sound insulation is also very poor you can hear almost everything from neighboring apartments.even normal conversations.
Overall, while the building looks clean and new, the fly problem is unbearable and needs urgent attention.”
