“They opened 5 different beach clubs right next to Oceana and winter time it got super loud until 2-3 AM night time sometimes many times per week. And pacific is still quite far, it got more noisy for the closer buildings. I was facing Dubai marina. It’s better if you are facing Atlantis for this reason and these flats are quiet. Otherwise a good building and great facilities and beach.”
