“Overall, the building and management are good, the environment is shitty. What should be a plus, unfortunately, is a big, big minus. 1 - The most important one is the mosque. The imam screams in the morning, so you can forget about normal sleep. The volume increases due to the building structure itself. 2 - The cafes located in the building do not have a good exhaust air purification system, so there is a constant smell in the courtyard and on the balcony”

“A very friendly family orientated building. Plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarket, salons and barbers. Opposite the five hotel in JVC. Large swimming pool with two children's pools. Huge gym, separate sauna and steam rooms.”
