“I have visited this building, flat in the building couple of times for the past two years and I can say the cut and layout of the flat we visited was really nice even with an open kitchen set up.
The balcony + view is also huge, and well-ventilated, so even if you don't use AC, you can sustain the room temperature.
Parking for visitors is available before you arrive as long as you inform the host to speak to security. The hallways are neat and clean however lately I noticed the humidity in the hallways comes with a light smell, not like before.”

“This was one of the best building 1 year back. After Daytona took the maintenance this is now the worst building. We are stuck in pointwest building for 1 year now. But if you are looking for a house in pointwest building in silicon oasis PLEASE DO NOT COME TO POINTWEST BUILDING, the maintenance team is very bad. They are making the building worse.
Extremely not professional! Just want money out of every small detail. Worst maintenance team ever. They always want money.
I agree with Maria, Shailesh & Lakshmi who stays in our building and has shared a review few days earlier.
Daytona is handling our building in silicon oasis for the second year and there are always non stop issues. They always ask for money for everything.
There is basically no maintenance.
The kids area is damaged, with the large open hole on the height of over two meters and for almost two weeks nothing is done. They never clean it properly and when requested they dont listen. It’s simply not safe and even dangerous for kids.
Swimming pool is closed for the most time, especially once the weather is good, and you can enjoy it - it’s always under maintenance. And if it’s open, there is a cleaning team coming to clean it right in the middle of your swim.
And the worst part of all the maintance issues, Daytona never can tell you when it can be fixed. Even the smallest things.
Overall the employees are very disrespectful and replying in a way “take up or leave it”
We are absolutely unhappy with this company handling our building. Especially before they came it was one of the best maintained building in the area.
If you are looking for a house please make sure it is not maintained by Daytona”

“It was one of the best buildings in DSO when we moved, but unfortunately for the last two years it managed by Daytona properties and it became very bad.
There is simply no maintenance.
Swimming pool doesn’t work for the most time, always there is an issue, anyways closed for maintenance.
And even if it opens one day, there is a cleaning team coming in the middle of your swim to clean inside the pool.
Kids play area - damages which are really dangerous for kids - take months to be fixed.
Right now there is a large opening on the top of play area, on over 2 meters height, it’s been there for 2 weeks. And as per Daytona they need some approval to fix it.
It’s safety of the kids, why this simply can’t be done on spot.
Issues with the water bottles - if you receive your water delivery while you are not at home, they just take those bottles to the basement, for I don’t understand what reason. First the water gets hot there, and second you have to carry them all back upstairs.
Overall the company who manages the building is very unprofessional, even small things hardly gets done unless there are lots of complains. Try to avoid this building if you can, unless they change the management”

“I come for work in pointwest building in a house. This was a very good building but after daytona came, now the maintenance is very bad. I take the kids to play area and its very dirty and broken. “I’m a tenant for the past 5 years and the first 2/3 where good but as soon as the management changed to Daytona Real Estate the quality of the maintenance and customer care went down to zero, all they care is their fees for this fees for that, rude staff and non stop pest controls and fumigations. Had a verbal agreement with the owner himself since I moved in to have storage boxes inside my parking spaces to put my car tools and accessories and last year they went on a war with me and removed my stuff after sending me an email when I was away from Dubai on holidays giving me 24h after the email was sent to remove said boxes and ordered the watchmen to refuse giving me access to where they stored them or to even tell me where they put them. Only reason I’m still here is because prices are ridiculous everywhere else but honestly I’m tired of having to always fight them on things they should be transparent with like rental increase etc, they’re always trying to increase more than 10% when I’m already paying the average in this area and always trying to take more and more money from other fees that should be collected from the landlord and not the tenant who is already paying their rent. Stay away from buildings managed by Daytona.”

“1. Absolutely Unprofessional management Staff.
2. Only bothered about money (In terms of check collection and renewals)
3. Usual SLA to resolve any issues in the apartment ranges between 6 months to 1 year. (Still unresolved btw)
4. No ownership of responsibility
5. Staff very rude at times
I urge everyone to be extremely cautious dealing with maintainence Company to avoid unnecessary surprises.”
