“Lived here from 2014-2020, overall the experiences isn't that great but not the worst. We are a family of 5, so living space in a 1 BHK is enough for us. Since, it is a wall AC, the electrical bills will be quite high, however, it did provide ceiling fan which prompt us to use it on the daily. As for location wise, it is really good since you are near in a lot of stores. Additionally, the metro (Abu Baker Al Siddique) is 10-15 mins walking distance. Overall, I would say the main problem its an old building so you staying long-term isn't that great, additionally the maintenance is questionable but not a problem, it is just old and very slow in many cases. Living condition : 3/5 Maintenance…”
