“Disappointed from the building management and maintenance service. I have reported multiple issues regarding AC leakage and balcony drainage, but they have not been properly addressed. The AC leakage continues to cause water problems inside the apartment, and the balcony drainage is blocked, which leads to water accumulation. Despite raising maintenance requests several times, the issues remain unresolved. For a residential building, timely maintenance should be a basic responsibility. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their response to tenants’ maintenance concerns.”

“One of the worst managed buildings in Dubai. Front door electric lock with keypad is not working and just hanging in there as decor. Corridors are full of cockroaches and no effort from management to remove unwanted items from corridors. Building management Rocky real estate dont take any actions to maintain the building. Only one lift out of 3 working for months. Security is the busiest guy in world and never available in his seat or in his uniform. Building management will never give you checklist when renting a property but then charge you with crazy things once you are vacating. If you are new tenant always demand for items checklist as it can get really messy once you tried to move out.”

“Very poor maintenance. If you have an aircon problem, good luck for days to follow up. Bad luck if it happen on the peak of summer. They don't have regular watchmen. They frequently change their watchmen. And because this, most of the new watchmen don't know how to follow up your service request. They will always say "I DONT KNOW" making them very useless.”
