“Very worst building in Al Khail Heights. Most of Rooms are with 'My Room Holiday Homes' & they packed the rooms with Partitions, Bunker Beds and fully congested. Owner just want our money only. Worst Management. Always Getting Fire Alarms. Worst place to live peacefully. Not suitable for peace life or Family life. Not Recommended. It's Hell here.”

“One of the worst building in Dubai price is not according to Dubai government and they increase according to their need of money .. cleaning 0 , fire alarm every hour and this is not safe also full of bachelors staying and annoying you . Stay away from”
