From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Recommend to request draft SPA prior to booking. You may proceed if you're fine with SPA only. Generaly, the SPA is one sided fully protecting the developer, so take care.”

“They provide lucrative offer for cash buyer but they don't register your unit with DLD. Better avoid if you don't want your money to be stuck”

“Construction has started for Reportage Village. The construction will take approximately two years. A distinctive project in terms of location because it is very close to Global Village and IMG World. A residential complex that provides spacious backyard living space and scenic nature, containing a shopping center, garden, playgrounds and a promenade. The project consists of two residential complexes.”
