“Be aware of very noisy building which is the 1st point I wanna mention here. The acoustic is very poor and most of kids tenants hear the horns and noises coming from outside while they are asleep. 2nd the quality of material is quite off. Looking at the window it has fallen down last week on pedestrian which is very scary for people living on the road side, how van this happen which always come back to quality. 3rd in terms of maintenance don't expect big experts between moisture and smells no one is able to do anything. Hopefully I'm moving next month and will not come back ever. This is my feedback whoever wants to take it feel free if not you can try it and make your own idea but be aware…”

“Yes I’m also living in the same building, and my dad also facing the same issue with getting back the payment for almost 6 months. I feel really sorry that dad has to deal with these issues. What kind of system do they have? I am speechless. In my experience i believe be careful with this kind of people. Again feeling sorry to my dad. RESIDENCE 0363”

“Be aware of very noisy building which is the 1st point I wanna mention here. The acoustic is very poor and most of kids tenants hear the horns and noises coming from outside while they are asleep. 2nd the quality of material is quite off. Looking at the window it has fallen down last week on pedestrian which is very scary for people living on the road side, how van this happen which always come back to quality. 3rd in terms of maintenance don't expect big experts between moisture and smells no one is able to do anything. Hopefully I'm moving next month and will not come back ever. This is my feedback whoever wants to take it feel free if not you can try it and make your own idea but be aware ! To avoid drastically is apartment 106, 206, 306, 406, 506 and 606 there are the one facing rhe road and it is just not noise but nightmare especially in winter with millions of horns and people shouting.”

“Nice and spacious apartments but I’m sad that they changed the management company. The previous one was really kind and professional, the new one isn’t accommodating at all and not that nice. Please bring the old one back!”

“Very noisy surroundings. The building is not soundproof at all. Difficult to get a straight peaceful sleep. Which is really important for working tired ppl. No wonder that I’m writing the review at 2:49am. Al Ghurair needs to work on this very seriously..poor soundproofing…”

“The only tip i give to you is not to renew your contract with al Al Ghurair till the last minute as they open discounts for only late people to renew .The management promote customers to negotiate their contract and if you keep the negotiate to the last month you will get good discounts from marketing budget as they said. be ready for fire alarm testing 360 days a year .”

“Tenant for 9 months now. A reoccurring issue of sewage fumes coming through the AC in one of the rooms. There have been many attempts to fix it, but it still happens. Many other issues too but small in comparison and the majority were resolved on the first visit, so can give management credit for that.”
