We actually miss the building a lot. The maintenance team took a really good care - whenever there were any issues they took care of those quickly - and didn’t charge for those
Advice: take pictures of the entire apartment and make sure any issues are resolved before you move in. Then work with maintenance and fix everything while you still reside there - don’t wait until move out. If you do - then you might have issues if things were not resolved.
But if you do things right - it’s going to be a positive experience. I received the deposit back easily (except the costs for wall painting)…”

“One of the worst buildings I've ever lived in! Both the old and new management (KAIZEN asset management services) show little concern for residents' issues, and the overall internal quality is poor.
I've been dealing with constant noise from my upstairs neighbors for over two years, with absolutely no resolution from management or security. They allow more than 5 to 6 people to live in a one-bedroom apartment—so you can only imagine what happens in a three-bedroom unit...
The ventilation system is terrible, if your neighbors cook, the smell seeps straight into your bedroom. The AC and air circulation are equally poor, making the living conditions even worse.
The water is always dirty—you have to let it run for a few minutes just to clear out the dirt and get clean water. On top of that, you constantly have to clean the sink because small dirt particles and even tiny rocks appear, affecting the water pressure.
The plumbing is just as bad, with small pipes in the showers causing frequent clogging every few weeks. I live alone and don’t have long hair, so there’s no reason this should be happening.
To make things worse, if I turn off the AC, a horrible smell appears, almost as if something is dead in the house. The ventilation is so poor that odors linger and build up.”

“I’ve lived here for three years and have truly enjoyed my time. The building itself is excellent – the pool and courtyard are lovely, and the security team and cleaners are always friendly and professional. I would happily give the building 4.5 stars.
However, I would advise exercising some caution when dealing with the management company, Kaizen Asset Management Service. In my experience, their handling of certain matters has not met the same standard as the building itself, which unfortunately impacts the overall experience.
For anyone preparing to move out, please refer to the attached document. While Kaizen may claim this document does not exist, it does, and it’s important to be aware of it. Additionally, the standard paint color is Emirates Paint Aqua Emulsion, RAL 9010 – something that the building management typically does not disclose.
I hope this information is helpful and makes your experience as smooth as possible.”

“Worst building, I shifted 3 years ago and that time it was a premium building and now post kaizan has taken over maintenance it's has become really bad.now cockroaches,lizard are everywhere, no maintenance, parking gates are open and it's becoming like a public park where all are invited to park their cars.”
