“Amazing location, free hold, compared to the surroundings it has a competitive price, will be the fourth community project for town houses with the same developers, so a lot of lessons learned, no mistakes should happen. Will be near by to the new metro/ Etihad station at the junction of hessa road and Zayed bin Hamdan road.. Good luck to all investors.”

“Amazing location, free hold, compared to the surroundings it has a competitive price, will be the fourth community project for town houses with the same developers, so a lot of lessons learned, no mistakes should happen. “Entry for this project is not clear. Not sure which road / internal street leads to the entrance of the R Hills community. I hope the developer provides clarity on this point. But overall a very nice community and development at a nice location.”

“As per WhatsApp chat, the broker and sales team confirmed before we gave EOI chauqe with amount 25k that is refund if we didn’t reach to agreement. Same information confirmed by call. Once we received SPA( draft contract) which we didn’t agreed, they reject to refund the chauqe.”
