“These people are completely dishonest and manipulate flat rental prices whenever they want. After discussing and agreeing on the rent, I traveled from far away to visit the place. Only after I reached there, they suddenly said the rent had been increased. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I am also very concerned for the tenants currently living there — if they can change prices like this now, I can only imagine how drastically they may increase rent after one year. I would strongly advise others to be careful before dealing with them.”
