“The property is well located and that is the only plus, As per previous comments, the cockroach menace is so high that we did not cook for 4 months on the trot, despite pest control it returns, the gym has machines but they are always under repair , the swimming pool has no temperature control working due to constant repairs. if you have given a deposit , assume it as lost as they charge after vacating building heavily . I wish they could do a much better job with this kind of property in hand.”

“this was a nice building when i moved here but the past 1 year experience has been so bad..WORST COCKROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE here we need pest control every week RATHER EVERYDAY lift corridors stairs are never clean like they were before.. it is an old building some or the other issue crops up almost everyday broken toilet seat, flush,kitchen sink and they have started charging hefty amounts for it..i had to hand a painting for which i needed to screws to be drilled in the wall..they said you will have to pay 80aed for it and we will send a guy for 2hours..”
