“Hi Everyone, I've been living at Roxana Residences for the past five years now, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Overall, it's been a fantastic place to live. The building itself is well-maintained, and the management and maintenance staff are amazing. They're professional, helpful, and always on top of things. In fact, even during the recent floods, there weren't any major issues with leaks or damage in the building – a real testament to the quality of construction and care. Speaking of amenities, the gym and swimming pool are fantastic! They're perfect for staying active and beating the Dubai heat (especially those summer months!). Now, a little about myself! “Management is useless. Maintenance is cheap. The pool cooler does not work in summer. Mold in ceiling and around AC units. Overall my main complaint is Management and Maintenance.”

“I usually don’t leave reviews, but after dealing with the management and maintenance team at Roxana Residence, I felt it was necessary. The building itself and facilities are quite nice modern, well-designed, and in a good location. But unfortunately, the management and maintenance team don’t live up to the same standard. They’ve missed scheduled appointments not once, not twice, but three times—leaving me stuck at home waiting for them to show up, only for no one to come. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a real lack of respect for tenants’ time. When they do eventually show up, the work is sloppy and clearly not done by professionals. I’ve tried reaching out to management by phone and email to raise these concerns, but I’ve never received a response. It honestly feels like they just don’t care.”

Speaking of amenities, the gym and swimming pool are fantastic! They're perfect for staying active and beating the Dubai heat (especially those summer months!). Now, a little about myself! I'm Ali Yaqoob, an Art Director by profession. As someone who loves living here, I also noticed a few neighbours looking to buy apartments recently. Here's where things get interesting – I actually invested in an apartment at Roxana Residences myself five years ago. Since I'm not a real estate agent, you can save on brokerage fees by going directly through the building management with my help.
