“You have to pay for maintenance Fire alarm is working for no reason through the day and you can wake up any time through day and night. Overpriced in comparison to the same small sized 98 m2 - for 2 bedrooms Forget your security deposit, they will deduct 80 - 90 % of it for childish reasons even if you left your apartment in excellent condition”

“The problem is with SBK as they gave false promise of free maintenance and suddenly stop after couple of years claiming that the owner has asked only in this building not to do minor maintenance activities which they had done in first few years They even keep the AC in the lobby off blaming the owner for this. #AlTayer please look into this”

“Very bad Real Estate Management. I am staying in RS Residence Al Nahda 2 Dubai, Since 2 months I made complain about missing Exhaust in Toilets which is highly unhygienic but until today no action taken. Worst Maintenance by SBK. Fire Alarm will sound any time during night almost every alternate day and your slip will be at mercy of the same. Very frustrating. I recommend no one should rent in this building. Waste of money.”
