“I had a terrible experience in Saeed Saif Al Ketbi Building (Old Saeed), Al Nahda 2. My AirPods Pro 2 were stolen, and the security guard was completely unhelpful. When I asked to check the CCTV footage, he refused and later showed footage from a different date. Even worse, he gave conflicting statements — first saying he knew who took them, then denying it. This shows clear negligence and unprofessional behavior from the security team. I request the building management to take immediate action, review the correct CCTV footage, and hold the guard accountable.
