“It is truly an old building, but those responsible for it spare no effort in maintaining it as if it were new. Cleanliness and attention to the finest details, maintenance available all the time. The security company has great responsibility and respect. The cleaning workers don't spare any time to address even the smallest cleaning details. The corridors have a fresh, pleasant smell. Thank you very much Sajaya... The availability of free parking nearby also provides an additional option for it to be a suitable place to live in.”

“Been here for 11 years. Leaving this month. Rent got high even without amenities. No pool, no gym.”
