“No maintenance.. No response.. Full of creatures.. No wall over the sealing.. Can get next room kitchen and bathroom smell in your AC. All AC are expired and they are not ready to change and respond. If you buy flat then you want to keep a amount for hospital too.. dirty flat in my entire life. Irresponsible maintenance.”

“Al-Hamzawi Company 209 pretends to be a direct company and that they have jobs. When I asked them if they were a recruitment agency or charged fees, they denied it. When I went to them and paid 70 dirhams for transportation to reach them, they said we will secure you a job but you have to pay 400 dirhams—so they turned out to be a recruitment agency. May God be my judge and best advocate against you. On top of all this, when I told them I had asked you before I came and you said you were from the direct company, they all gathered together—they were all from Morocco—and started treating me badly. I wish the building owner would review this matter because it is shameful that such a building would have such people in it and damage its reputation.”
