From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Unfortunately, my experience with this developer has been profoundly disappointing. Since I signed in 2023, I have not seen any tangible progress on the site. While according to the contract, handover is supposed to be within the coming months, the project appears to have not even truly begun. Communication is extremely weak; my messages go unanswered for days, and this—in my opinion—reflects administrative shortcomings and a lack of respect for clients' time and those who have paid their money upfront. I feel I have become a victim of an irresponsible investment experience, and I will take all legal procedures to protect my rights. I advise anyone considering investing with them not to be deceived by the offers no matter how attractive they seem, so they do not regret it as I do. I have the contracts and documents that support what I have mentioned, and this is my personal opinion and experience.”
