“Why does pile driving take place after 8pm Why does our construction site for this habe no lighting but work in the dark. Please stop at 8pm pile driving as per the law”

“You may want to think twice about handing over a "fully refundable" deposit to Samana Developers because, if they return it, it'll likely be minus fees for no good reason, and you may be forced to wait and complain for 5 months or more to get it back.”
