“Alwarqa 1 location is very good free parking still but inside building you have to take permission from management , 6 floors all equipped with tiles , some flats 1 and 2 bedroom hall , schools for children are in walking distance so in these days very popular area for parents who have studing children security guard and electronic card protection is given by development company rents are high but for location and area wise good choice , dragon mart is very near , if want to go Sharjah side you can take main road from here”

“The building is beautiful, there are pools. Apartments are of various sizes and layouts - for different consumers. But! Rent is very expensive, does not match the level - artificially inflated. With new management you need to keep your eyes open. Warn about non-renewal (!) of the contract 3 months in advance by email.”
