“Very poor building no facilities no reception no gym no pool very small parking always there’s issue on maintenance AC water leaking street noise lowed as windows low quality and the worst water pressure in the shower very very very low sane in all the house … they switch AC in corridor in summer time … the switch the building outside lights after midnight and most of the parking light not working or they switch off in 1 minute….price very high comparing to other buildings with full facilities and good services and in the same are the only good thing in this building is the security guy or watchman he is very helpful respectful polite and supportive… hope this help you to improve the condition in this building”

“Bad, knowing that the contract mentions many things but in reality there isn't [anything]. There isn't even a reception downstairs in the building. There isn't even a trolley for the building. It's stingy and miserable more than this, nothing is left. The security guard in charge is very good and cooperative, his name is Numan and he's the only good one and he works.”

“No Gym facility, No Pool facility, No chiller free so totally not worth. New building when ac turn on drrrrrrr sound on, walls plaster not well compacted it get peal off, ceiling leakage. Management need to action if not no one will stay here”

“Honestly very low quality and lot of issues for brand new building additional to some serious issues dealing with management. Disappointing Photo attched for brand new appartement used 4 months only.”

“We keep reporting that our neighbors is throwing cigarettes buds in our balcony for 4 months and no one wants to even reply on our complaint.. we had to submit a complaint in Rental Dispute Center”

“Very bad building they say it's family building but mostly bachelor's And no action for any complaints Balcony of each flat are too close no privacy for family Near to my there's a 1 bhk around 15 bachelors stay they smoke and drink from the balcony keep the bottle on our area And the parking also too con jested every car get scratch while passing Not for family Everyday there’s some leaking works and other work”
