“This building is not good to live in Whoever moves in will face issues like below Ac problems Water heater problems Smell coming from drainage Ac throwing dust inside apartment that creates allergies, eye allergies, flu Maintenance team is so bad imagine you have to call them for weeks and they dont show up. Every night midnight the Fire alarm rings then you cannot sleep. Overall its a brand new building with bad service and bad material used and installed Be careful before you plan to choose apartment in SB BUILDING WARQAA 01”
