“I had shaw this building from inside its amazing so clean and the staff are so good like security, and house keeping, if any one need the family apartment its a right choice. Sbk 77 B block its at international city.”

“I came to have a look at this new SKB building at international city, and I was amazed with the building, it clean very cool. I was welcomed by a security at the reception who gave me all the relevant information about the building and I saw a house keeping staff busy cleaning which made me feel why the building is so clean.”

“Very very bad building maintenance They are using very poor quality of materials for cabinets After some time all cabinets are damage Big big cracks in walls They dont care after calling multiple time no reply This is our 5th year with them Every time we have to run after them to get something done”

“The building is very neat and clean, friendly and trustful security guard is an advantage. Still facing an unfortunate situation is our swimming pool not working, I came to know, the pool closed for maintanace since last one year and still no any maintenance started. The pool is the only one amenity in this building.”

“When i went there on sep 9 th 11:15 pm to visit my friend,security(nepali)is fully drunk and he didn’t allowed Me building no - 77 B block , so don’t take room on this family building”
