“I am a tenant at Al Barsha 1, SBK Shaibani 2, Apartment 302. I am writing this complaint out of complete frustration due to the continuous negligence, poor maintenance, and unprofessional behavior of your service team. To be very clear, the service provided by SBK is one of the worst I have experienced as a tenant. Any issue related to sanitary, electrical, or general maintenance takes one to two months to resolve, if it is resolved at all. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility toward tenants. Your complaint center is useless. Complaints are ignored, follow-ups are meaningless, and there is no accountability. The positive reviews shown online are misleading and do not reflect the reality of living in this building. If this message is read by any manager or loyal representative of SBK, let me be very honest: Your poor service is actively destroying the SBK brand reputation. Tenants are paying on time, yet receiving pathetic and unreliable service in return. If immediate and serious action is not taken, I will have no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and relevant regulatory departments, as well as continue sharing my experience publicly.”
