What one reviewer said

“Good location and layout. However, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the quality of the building — including ceiling and wall damage, bathroom concerns, and poor sound insulation from the windows. Unfortunately, the maintenance response has been slow, and despite raising these concerns with the management several times, many of the problems remain unresolved.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
