“Extremely disappointed with the quality and management of this community. Other than the bad handling of severage leakage and bad cleaning, after several months from living in, key facilities such as the swimming pool remain non-operational. AC performance is weak during the summer, and cockroach/insect issues are a near-daily occurrence. In addition, there have been repeated maintenance and quality issues, including faulty parking plate recognition, a damaged water heater, peeling paint, loose light switches, and frequent elevator breakdowns that regularly cause delays. To make matters worse, ongoing construction noise continues around the clock. This has been one of the most frustrating…”

“Extremely disappointed with the quality and management of this community. Other than the bad handling of severage leakage and bad cleaning, after several months from living in, key facilities such as the swimming pool remain non-operational. AC performance is weak during the summer, and cockroach/insect issues are a near-daily occurrence. In addition, there have been repeated maintenance and quality issues, including faulty parking plate recognition, a damaged water heater, peeling paint, loose light switches, and frequent elevator breakdowns that regularly cause delays. To make matters worse, ongoing construction noise continues around the clock. This has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I have had, and the overall standard falls far below expectations for an Emaar community.”
