“Only if I could give ZERO stars to the building maintenance. A word from all the independent brokers, not to rent an apartment managed by ROCKYs REAL ESTATEs. These people can’t afford to fix a faucet, forget fixing the whole leaking plumbing work. The building maintenance is so bad that water has seeped into the wall paints. If you call for maintenance, they will ask you to write e-mails, to which no one will bother to reply. It’s frustrating to see a bad management spoil such a good building. The apartment is really spacious and thoughtfully designed, but the mismanagement by the real estate company has ruined the living quality drastically. For those wanting some good quality apartments, I suggest you don’t purchase here, as the apartments all the plumbing access have a PUNGENT SMELL around them (due to wetness from constant leaks). As far as electrical work goes .. they CANT BE BOTHERED TO REPLACE THE LIGHT BULBS properly also. Lastly, they might send a plumber or electrician after 10-20 calls, who would visit only to examine the problem and leave immediately saying “write an email”. Hopefully the owner changes his choice for management to a better company.”
