“When I just moved in there was a bit of a Roach problem but I soon realised it was because of the neighbours. As soon as they left the problem stopped. Since then the building has only gotten better. It's properly cleaned and maintained. The garbage room is always clean ever since the new maintenance team took over. The kids sometimes make noise in the hall but it's fine and not too bad. The gym is large and mostly well kept. They clean the facade often. No leaks or mould. They also clean the ac vents. (At not additional cost). It's literally across the street from the metro. All in all a nice place to live.”

“All kinds of unreasonable fees. When checking out, the inspection is a trap—don't live here. It's full of pitfalls.”

“The apartments’ design is nice, I like the layout too. Security is friendly and helpful -5/5 to them. However the management and Maintanace is 0/5. I have fungus/mold on the bathroom ceiling and kitchen, it’s been there since I moved in 8 months ago… After at least 5 visits and plenty of complaints it is now clear - management doesn’t care about those who live here. It’s been rather stressful and painful to get anything done at all, and when they actually do it - they do it wrong and then straight up ignore you. The garbage room is a nightmare, management doesn’t do pest control, nor addresses the issue. The corridors are infested with roaches which then crawl all over apartments. Horrible smell infiltrates WCs - that took at least 5 months to get rid off (and ~8-10 visits from Maintanace). I’m still waiting for the promised fixes…”
