“Whatever could go wrong in a beautifully constructed building can be witnessed here. I am sure that owner is a busy man and has deputed SBK to manage (sorry to create a mess). I am surprised how the building with faulty fire alarm system, faulty exhaust system and no Airconditioning in corridors switched on as of today with 37 degrees temperature. Owner usually gets blamed but in this case it’ is purely and purely SBK who refrain the Airconditioning to be on. This is after requesting number of times to the security guard who has been penalised AED 3000 put together on various occasions as well by SBK for speaking the truth and taking concerns of tenants forward. Please think before taking…”

“Whatever could go wrong in a beautifully constructed building can be witnessed here. I am sure that owner is a busy man and has deputed SBK to manage (sorry to create a mess). I am surprised how the building with faulty fire alarm system, faulty exhaust system and no Airconditioning in corridors switched on as of today with 37 degrees temperature. Owner usually gets blamed but in this case it’ is purely and purely SBK who refrain the Airconditioning to be on. This is after requesting number of times to the security guard who has been penalised AED 3000 put together on various occasions as well by SBK for speaking the truth and taking concerns of tenants forward. Please think before taking a possession of the apartment and avoid dealing with SBK”

“We live in SHK BLDG AL JADAF for 6years there are no AMENITIES AC TOO NOISY we keep on complaning but they didn't DO anything to fix it HALLWAY WHEN GOING OUT FROM THE UNIT IS TOO HOT THEY DONT PUT THE AC ON EVEN YOU REQUESTED AND WATERPROOFING OF THE BUILDING IS NOT GOOD WE STRUGGLE OF LEAKAGE FROM OUR CEILING HOW MANY TIMES IT HAPPENS. THE MANAGER NAME RAMEES HAS NO CONSIDERATION NOT APPROACHABLE WHEN YOU ASK SOME HELP AND APPROACHED HIM HE IS SO ARROGANT HE SPEAKS TO THE TENANT WITHOUT RESPECT. SHOWS LIKE WE OWE THEM WE DON'T STAY FREE SO THEY NEED TO RESPECT THEIR TENANTS. I HOPE THAT SBK WILL BE MORE CAUSTIOUS ABOUT THESE ISSUES BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE BUILDINGS COMING OUT MUCH BETTER AND GIVING MORE FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN. CONSTRUCTIONS ONGOING BESIDE THE BUILDING AND IT DISTURBiNG US SO MUCH AND THEY KEEP ON INCREASING THE RENT. I DON'T THINK THAT IS FAIR FOR WHAT WE EXPERIENCED IN THIS BUILDING. This property not recommendable. The security is nice and approachable and respectful.”

“Worst service ever. We've been complaining for our wall paint for more than 6 months and no one is responding to our concern. The doors in the flat is so difficult to close as the walls are starting to shrink. I don't know if this building is safe anymore. Update: We reported this issue to them since 2020 and they said that they cannot do anything about it as it will require huge work! Most of the flats on that building are having the same problem which they never fixed. They clearly said when we went to their office that they will not charge us anything upon moving out as they take responsibility for it. We decided not to renew the contract anymore and they charge us 1,200 AED for the paint with no negotiations! Ridiculous and unreasonable! If you're moving out from SBK property, set your minds that you won't receive half of your security deposit!”

“I lived in the building for a year. The amenities mentioned like gym and pool were just for namesake. The amenities were in a nearby building or something. And the worst part was that when we left the building they found petty reasons to not give us back the security deposit. The building is located at almost the heart of city and is very accessible. But when we lived there werent many shops nearby.”
