From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Be cautious when dealing with Sobha Realty. The sales process may seem smooth and persuasive, but after-sales support and customer handling can be disappointing and extremely frustrating. My experience has been a nightmare due to poor communication and lack of accountability. I hope management seriously reconsiders their customer service approach.”
