“Property not well maintained , no regular maintenance is done. AC is not functioning , cooling process is not functioning. Sewage system is completely bad. Whenever using a hose or faucet, a strong bad sewage smell comes of the drains. There is not proper maintenance being done to this building at all.”

“This is the worst management I have ever experienced. The manager and his assistant are extremely rude and unprofessional. They can yell at tenants over the phone and then simply hang up on them. They have absolutely no respect for the people living in the building. It feels like their main goal is to make as much money as possible from tenants, using unfair practices whenever they can. The building itself is dirty, full of cockroaches, and there is a constant sewage smell. I hope everyone sees this review before deciding to live here.”
