“This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! Oceana Southern residence has zero parking for delivery riders, which makes the job a nightmare. I have no clue why they are not giving parking behind the building. Already, have enough space for parking. Having to park far away and walk 100- 200 meters just to reach entrances is outrageous. This shows total disregard for delivery workers and poor planning by management. It’s extremely disappointing, frustrating, and infuriating. Management needs to fix this immediately, because right now it’s a disgraceful experience for anyone trying to deliver here.”

“This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! Oceana Southern residence has zero parking for delivery riders, which makes the job a nightmare. “Keine repräsentative Lobby, Eingang für Gäste durch Tiefgarage. Gebäude und Bausubstanz fragwürdig. Es riecht an vielen Stellen nach Schimmel Fensterseite zu Beachclubs schlecht isoliert, laute Musik bis morgens 4 Uhr in der ganzen Wohnung zu hören”

“No representative lobby, guest entrance through underground garage. Building and structure questionable. It smells like mold in many places. Window side facing beach clubs poorly insulated, loud music audible throughout the apartment until 4 am in the morning”
