“This building owned and operated by Bu Haleeba group till year 2025. It was well maintained & managed for years by Bu Haleeba real Estate. Unfortunately now it is handed over to real estate management company called Emirates Properties. No maintanence .... No cleaning.... All they did is signages on every wall, doors of the building and all they do is keep increasing the rent. If possible, STAY AWAY !!!”
