“Maintenance Problem. Building was just newly opened when we moved in a year ago, until now never were the glasses cleaned. Pool does not even get cleaned, it is evident on the slime and dust. Useless intercom. More importantly, they have not done anything about the cockroach infestation issues. We maintain very well our units but the poor and subpar installations of woodworks and tiles makes it impossible to keep the pests away even after we spend from our pockets almost every week for over the counter pesticides and traps. Gym is supposed to open at 6 am , one time I had to call the security to unlock the door at 6:30 already.”

“Recently moved here through SBK real estate - the building staff are incredibly friendly with security, maintenance and the caretaker always greeting you when you see them in and around the building; this is a really nice change from just having moved from a Damac building where the staff rarely even acknowledge you. Building is clean, maintenance requests are quickly completed to a good standard with no need to follow-up and the move-in process was easy hassle-free. Very nice place to live and I’m glad my partner and I can call it home.”
