“The building is located in a convenient location in JVC, yet the maintenance is abysmal and any request can be left pending for 6 months or more. The air-conditioning maintenance was supposed to be done before summer They decided to conduct the maintenance when most tenants had travelled for holidays.. The common area ceilings are dripping water all the time, whether this a leak or just poor quality material used in the false ceiling that permits water vapor condensation on the cooling pipes. So the building is fairly new yet due to lack of maintenance it feels like 10 yrs old.”
