“One of the best buildings I have stayed. Polite security personnel, quick and efficient building maintenance team, supportive management team. No hassle even while vacating the apartment and fair deposit returns.”

“Neat clean and well maintained residential property but now infested with cockroaches. Earlier the building management were carrying out pest control through an outside party - so the entire building was getting treated at the same time. Nowadays - they are doing it - in house - treatment - which is totally ineffective. I get my apartment treated for pest control from outside - that too does not help - as other apartments are still infested - so after few days - my apartment too gets infested again.”

“This building is really worst as they are allowing the store's to drill or renovate which causing so much noise until dawn. So much for impromptu sounds.”

“The building and the location is great but there is a huge problem .,Whenever I sleep, there is a lot of noise, sometimes from a fiery restaurant, sometimes from a gadi n sometimes the sound of banging somethingnoise of bitting n choping came till 2 am ..and they give us breaked toilet sit. My husband didn't noticed all things before taking key ,we r two people so we never use another toilet wich is breaked, and third problem is today my washroom hot water tank is brust.,all water coming out in room through washroom gate ,fourth problem is cockroch. But good thing is metro and many Indian stuff shop n day to day and iburjuman mall near tby this building”
