“Highly not recommended to reside here! Very bad maintenance! Poor AC in the apartment which needs changing but the management wont do it! Summer 50 plus degrees n we are toasted inside with small kids. Spending a fortune for Dewa bill for the non working AC!. They say AC is working but it isnt enough for the whole duplex 2 bedroom apartment. Y cant they understand simple science? Dont recommend this bldg at all! Pathetic! The garden is for namesake, even if u stand on it they have problem. Lots of spiders, lizards we spotted! 1 security guard screams at children. He scares them. The management won’t consider your request even if u plead. Poor maintenance but want high rent. They are partial…”

“DONOT Reside in this bldg. When handing over the apartment they will not disclose any restrictions but after you move they restrict you in doing everything. No kids rides outside your backyard door, no plants in your courtyard balcony (mind you the bldg also has garden inspite of that). The security guys act as if they own the bldg. Each apartment has a courtyard and still kids are not allowed to play. What ridiculous rules you guys have? Is this bldg for humans or caged animals? The bldg is so old and needs so much maintenance. Highly not recommended.”

“The most careless and hopeless and staff ever u could meet and discuss with!!!! No maintenance no body answers no since 10 days now I requested a plumber to fix the leak but nothing except promises tomorrow they are coming for sure !!! But nothing happened till now!!!!! unsatisfied 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼”

“The guard will not open the door and just with with his phone while u r being toasted outside So if whomever u r visiting there inter com is not working they have to come down and open for u”
