“The building is new, but unfortunately, there is a lack of maintenance. You will see humidity in the walls, and the construction materials are cheap. They need to improve pest control, as it's full of cockroaches. However, the worst part is the pigeons. Your balcony, the parking area, the swimming pool, etc., are full of pigeons. In summer, this results in a strong smell due to excrement everywhere. Also, keep in mind that some apartments have a weird layout with views of "fake balconies" without access to clean. This means you will see and smell the pigeons' excrement and you cannot clean it. I have requested the installation of some external nets, but they say it’s the tenant's responsibi…”

However, it’s not, because these "fake balconies" are shared by 3 or 4 apartments and are common areas that should be maintained by the administration.”
