Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Horrible Experience at The Pulse Villa – Not Recommended Our stay at The Pulse was truly disappointing. The location is extremely inconvenient, far from everything, making it hard to access any nearby attractions or amenities. No ATM in the area. The maintenance team is unreliable and unresponsive – we reported an AC/Humidity issue back in March, and to this day, it remains unfixed. With such poor service, it’s simply not worth the money. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere if you value comfort and convenience. If you’re wondering why all those comments are positive, it’s simply because they’re written by agents. You can click on my profile and contact me. I can show you proof—emails, videos—of the bad experiences we’re facing.”
