“It is one of several residential developments (condominiums or whatever you want to call them) in this sector of Dubai. I have been in houses (villas) in this one and the one across from it, Springs 5. In both there is the same pattern, with very luxurious houses surrounding bodies of water and increasingly modest ones toward the periphery. The landscaping is magnificent and the maintenance of it is meticulous. However, it is not the same with other aspects of community maintenance, such as lighting of common spaces, pest control, public fencing. On balance, it is a good place to live in this megapolis, with beautiful plants and recreational space and with good access to the city.”
