“A football court started operations a few months ago opposite the Dahlia and Al Neem buildings, on the back side next to the Dubai Bowling Centre. Every night, noise from the football court goes on until 1 o'clock in the night. I request the management of The Square to do something about this matter. I pay rent for my home, but I did not expect that a football court would be opened right under the balcony of the apartment where I live.”

“The building is clean and organized, but the treatment/service is not good, and the elevators are very slow. I do not recommend it. There are many undesirable issues regarding the treatment, comfort, and the place itself.”

“Rented short term here, happy its not long term ..
The idea of this place is great. Nice garden and pool, from outside building is beautiful. Location close to mamzar beach is a plus. However the maintenance is zero and the place is infested with pest, coachroches indoors and a massive amount of birds polluting the balconies and pool area.
Cooking smell from other apartments, sewage smell and now the fire alarm goes off several times day and night. Unbearable”

“Cleaner and Security staff are more than polite and respectful. But, good luck getting your maintenance issues resolved on time...... It wasnt like this years ago. Also, recently many tenants liter in the lifts, from the balconies, the quality of tenants allowed to this compound is declining, i know you as management cant control this, but, try to find a way to apply fines or something to stop rubbish ppl from doing this.”
