“Deal All They don’t return Deposits be very careful , AQUACOOL deposit they also wont return On top of that when you will leave the appartment they will put extra charges like wall damage ,AC duct cleaning Etc . So they will end up asking you to pay more for their maintenance. They don’t reply on emails . Management is keep changing.”

“Deal All They don’t return Deposits be very careful , AQUACOOL deposit they also wont return On top of that when you will leave the appartment they will put extra charges like wall damage ,AC duct cleaning Etc . “The building is well managed and I enjoy the amazing view from my balcony and I really like the diverse community and the management is good and they support with any maintenance issues. The swimming pool and play area is well looked after and the Gym is spaciuos. Special Thanks to Marah (building manager) who's dedication of supporting the tenants and dealing in friendly manner is amazing. 👏”

“Worst experience and pathetic management. There is no exit process mentioned in the contract. Once you ask to terminate the contract they will ask you to pay the 3 month penalty and than will try and introduce never heard processes to make sure they don't have to refund your deposit. What's even more unethical and unprofessional is they will take the Cooling Company deposit and even if you provide all the clearance they will still not refund you back. Making all sorts of excuses. Feel pity for the security team and the building manager Maarah is just a devils advocate.”

“I am OBS designer resident. Made a huge mistake by taking the decision to get the APPARTMENT here . Major issue here is you can keep your APPARTMENT fresh as soon as you will turn on your AC the whole APPARTMENT will he full with a bad smell ,some time if someone smoke cigarettes you will get other’s APPARTMENT smoke in your APPARTMENT. I have highlighted this issue many time ,but no response from management, Anyways i will get rid from the building on this may ..cheater management.”

“The worst management team you will ever deal with. Very cheap finishing material inside the apartments. And when you decide to leave you will hate yourself for signing with them in the first place After 54 days and a lot of calls still didn’t get my money.”

“Knock the door several time. The security is sleeping don't know why. He just saw and ignored. Time 11 35 dated 28 Nov 2022. Management should must take action and need someone active there.”
