“It’s a very good place to live except there is a lot of work to do in this building like the maintenance is very poor, if we call the maintenance guy to come he comes after days, and also there is car clean monthly like they don’t replace the water they are using the same dirty water to clean the car and keep the same water to clean next time and don’t replace the water for 2 weeks or more, and the building is very dirty at outside they don’t clean the building, and the fire alarm keep on ringing sometimes at even midnight or in the morning also and the swimming pool has different days for men,women and family, the mens timings is in the work day which some people can’t go and all other things are fine except these this which I told is very bad and need a lot of maintenance”

“Giving 3 star since they have more staff to serve and it was quick in main office. but there is not enhancement quality of living style, same gym with bare minimum equipments which is also close on sunday. They can do better instead increasing rents every year.”

“Best decision I made when relocating to Dubai! The building has everything I need and the neighbors are respectful and quiet. Love the rooftop area for evening relaxation after long work days.”
