“The building and location are excellent, but the maintenance is very poor. It's almost impossible to reach the office by phone or email, and issues are never addressed properly. I would not recommend staying here long-term, as the management’s behavior doesn’t seem to change.
Additionally, the lady responsible for the building's gym is rarely present when you visit. She always shows up late, gives incomplete responses, and appears disinterested — often seeming like she’s half asleep. Today is October 13, 2025, and she was dismantling all the gym equipment without any explanation.
This needs serious attention from the management.”

“Pathetic management by Tiger Group...approached directly office for contract,tring to save agent commission&hassle.Counter staff treated me Badly..Kept me sitting&waiting for from 8:30am till 3pm..At End refused me having new contract mentioning( i already ha 1Ejari at my Name.which is clearly against DLD rules.i have lodged complaint.i will go DLD to get this matter resolved..”

“I AM TELLING YOU ALL PLEASE DONT BOOK FLAT WITH TRIO 3 THEY ARE OFFERING DISCOUNT FOR 1BHK 35K AND 2BHK 45K THEY WILL MAKE YOU FOOL. ONCE YOU GIVING ADVANCE THEY WILL START YOUR CONTRACT WITHIN 2 3 DAYS EVEN DONT GIVE YOU 1 MONTH FREE.
I GAVE ADVANCE YESTERDAY 3000 THEY WILL MAKE CONTRACT ON 18 JULY AND START MY CONTRACT ON 1AUG. TODAY I GO TO THEIR OFFICE THEY TOLD ME WE WILL START YOUR CONTRACT FROM 10 JULY . PLEASE THINK 2 TIMES BEFORE BOOK.”

“I like the place. The apartment's got this cozy vibe, which is cool. But the parking is a hot mess. You're always fighting for a spot and forget about guest parking; it's like finding a needle in a haystack. Also, the gym equipment could use an upgrade; half the machines are broken. Otherwise, it's not bad for the price.”
