“they do not respect the closes of the contracts I entered their room that I pay at 3500 at the beginning the closes was such that I would have a free parking inside which is false since one me after they said that I had to pay the parking 300 aed I found myself managing my vehicle outside. They modify the rooms where we live without asking our opinion and if we claim their security agents said if we don't want we go out. then we do not regularly clean the garbage cans they empty them when they want to quote only that they have no respect for the tenant”

“Very disappointing experience – not family friendly This residence is advertised as family accommodation, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. we have been there for more than 2 months as a regular guest and we been staying in al badaa satwa , it s been a week were brought in and placed in a partition next to my unit 3 or 4 indian guys . Since then, the noise has been unbearable: constant shouting, laughing, very loud conversations, and playing PUBG with extremely high volume, as if they were inside my own room. From the first day, I tried to report the issue politely to the security guard. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he reacted aggressively, shouting at me and telling me “if you don’t like it, check out now.” This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for someone responsible for maintaining order and residents’ comfort. I have been suffering from this situation for more than a week now, with no solution or support from management. There is no respect for residents who are looking for a calm and family-friendly environment. I do not recommend Twar Star Residence, especially for families or anyone who values peace, quiet, and proper management.”
