P.S the trolley to carry out your shoping bags is very considerate to be added to the reception.

For the flats, the rooms are huge, the balcony is amazing for you to sit & chill or enjoy Tea time moments, & overall the flat is good.

“I had a very bad experience with this building's management. I recently visited looking for an apartment to rent, and after submitting all required documents—children's residency papers, a copy of the marriage contract, bank statements for the last 3 months, and even paying the apartment security deposit to the broker as requested—my application was rejected. The reason I received was shocking: the management does not accept Arabs and only wants Asian families. This kind of discrimination is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and contradicts the values of equality and respect for everyone in the UAE. I advise caution and not relying on them when looking for an apartment, so you don't waste your time unnecessarily.”
